Penis infection
I have rashes on inside the forskin and underneath the top. It is infected, like radish and skin became sensitive, sometimes it watery. I applied many cream but no relief. Also, on thighs has redness and sometimes it itches. Whenever I try to touch sides it feels like there are cuts besides the balls. Also, let me know if anyone treat for HIV. Can someone help me?
