I am diabetic and suffering from high blood pressure,  thyroid  but my diabeties is under control my main problem is my penis has all day irritation redness

As you are prone for fungal infection repeatedly keep your sugars always under control.  Keep the parts dry .Wear loose fitting clothes . Apply antifungal cream without steroid combination.  Wash your private parts with saline . If it persists then Consult dermatologist for examination .
