Thyroid problem
I took test for thyroid because of hairloss problem my blood report showing normal level of T3 (73 ng) and T4(9 ug) but slightly elevated level of TSH (7.46 uIU) Is it normal? is this is the cause of hair loss? do i need any kind of medication to control TSH level ? please suggest. Thanks you

Hi Thanks for your query. A high TSH indicates hypothyroidism. It requires good monitoring and regular treatment. Please show a qualified physician nearby and start proper treatment. Hair in young men is usually attributed to hormones and genetics.
