Penis head spots
Hello Dr
Today I woke up and found that the end of my penis and the pénis head was very itchy. I pulled the foreskin back and it was very red and had small spots on it. Please let me know what shall I do I lives in france or sent me any cream tablet name to use it here

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
