Penis glans growth
Hi.. Sirs,
I have nodule growth in my gland penis (2cm*1cm) after circumcision noticed. After did biopsy (attached) there mentioned atipya basal layar then PET CT done report was normal no uptake.
I hv consulted urology saying that need to remove that.
What I have to do. Is required surgery or any medication. Tried fluorouracil (5-fu) cream but no improvement.
So please suggest.

Better to go with local surgery . This surgery is not an organ fully removing surgery .
Organ preserving surgeries can be done which should be considered at the earliest .
Please let me know if you have any doubts , you can consult and discuss but treatment is very much needed .
