Penis glans extremely sensitive

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Sir I am 32 year old. Till 6 months back my foreskin was tight and couldn't be pulled back with ease. My glans is highly sensitive. But now the foreskin has become loose but the glans is highly sensitive. I am not able to have proper sex because the moment the skin rubs some cloth or even finger the electric current like sensation and tingling sensation in the glans makes me feel uncomfortable. Please suggest some remedies which will make my glans less sensitive just like normal skin to lead normal sex life
