Dear friend Try applying pure coconut oil or olive oil on foreskin .. 2 to 3 times a day for 15-20 days... Retract and reduce ur foreskin for cleaning ur glans while bathing very very slowly... N with ur penis submerged in lukewarm water.  If the problem persists , consult a Urologist. It's probably a case of mild phimosis These tips will most likely solve ur problem Also if u masturbate---n if u don't use adequate lubrication in ur hands,, it might cause friction n the cuts. Don't masturbate for 3 weeks n thereafter, use lots of Coconut / olive oil with or without cold cream in ur hands while masturbating... This will improve ur pleasure+ moisturize ur penis and also prevent the injury!
