Penis foreskin problem
Sir,my foreskin cannot be retracted. I think I have phimosis. Also skin under penis above glans has cuts and it has become thick white. I searched it on Internet and I think it is yeast infection or something. Kindly help me treating both the problems. I would be really grateful.
