Penis foreskin pain when pulled & crack

I have my foreskin of my penis a little cracked for few days I thought it will get ok.. But it didn't.. And now when I pee it burns often.. Inside earlier when I opened it I saw lots of white white and grey stuff.. Like lots of it under the skin what should i do..??
