To manually stretch your penis:
Grip the head of your penis.
Pull your penis upward, stretching it out for about 10 seconds.
Pull your penis to the left for another 10 seconds, then to the right.
Repeat these steps once or twice a day for about 5 minutes And for premature ejaculation
Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing Kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking. Maintain your focus.
