Penis bent downwards in erected state. Is this solvable . Any medication needed?? Or will it prolong

Hi, penis is commonly arched downwards, or to the left or right. Not a problem. Medicines dont cure it. Surgery is the only solution, but is recommended if the curvature is excessive.
