Penile vitiligo
I'm having penile vitiligo, which is focused on the top of penis head and around the foreskin. I had phimosis around 4-5 yrs back and after consulting with the doctor who gave some topical anti-fungal medication it got cured and I was able to retract the foreskin. But due to phimosis the closed region got white spots and skin is uneven/irregular(smooth skin and rough skin side by side). There is some foreskin bridging too at the base of penis head. Could you please prescribe a medication to get pigmentation back and to cure the rough skin.

Why rough and smooth skin alternatively
Who diagnosed it as Vitiligo?
Even post inflammatory hypopigmentation looks the same
Problem can't be solved by a message
I think u need to consult a dermatologist
