Penile vein dilated nd hard without pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello sir,five days ago I did accidentally compression trauma on penis during masturbation...at that day I feel vein on penis it is hard Nd dilated in flassid penis....but not painful....what is this disease?? What should I do for treatment??
