Penile Skin lession from Childhood
I have penile skin problem since my childhood.at the age of 15 I started noticing it. It looked liked small lesions on the penile skin .become soft, flaky.If the area was moist it looks whiter than before. other wise it the same as before.I thought it was warts so I used podopaint it was gone complete but comes back again..Now it looks like flat skin lesson . I was not sexually active. Needed advice for this problem.And needed diagnosis at Hospitals around Madurai, Tamilnadu.
