Penile Mondor's disease after sex
2 days back I had sex which can be considered as vigorous and prolonged. Since then I have noticed 2 prominent veins on my penis even when it's flaccid, it reduces with time but never diminishes completely and becomes more pronounced when I masturbate, I also might have delayed ejaculation which makes it easy for me to have prolonged sex ( 1-2 hrs with few breaks). I'm afraid that I might have developed penile mondor's disease due to prolonged sex. I would also like to mention that I didn't remove the condom throughout the session, and it was tight at base I'm really afraid rn ..please help
