Penile head eczema
I have a wide spread penile head eczema.It is very itchy and irritating. Although I wash it with detol and water but it is not healing rapidly. Can I use lozivate f cream on it? Is it safe to use it on the inside penis skin (not foreskin )?

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Stop using soap and dettol. You are irritation it more. Do not use steroid creams, it may aggravate it and cause side effects. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
