Pemphigus vulgaris steroid usage
My husband is dealing with pemphigus for 10 years now. He currently is on 10mg Prednisone and 500mg mycophenalit mofetil. Is it safe to continue this dosage of steroids indefinitely? If he reduces the blisters start again. Rituximab didn't work 5 years ago. What other options are there?
