Pelvicalyceal system is midly dilated
Hello i got my KUB done and found that there is a calculus of 8mm in right lower ureter and pelvicalyceal is dilated so what does that mean

It means your are having a 8 mm stone in lower end of ureter which is causing back pressure in kidney and causing dilatation of pelvicalyceal system.
