Pelvic scan report
I had taken pelvic scan yest and the report says that i have hepatomegaly with grade 2 diffusse fatty liver and bilateral polycystic ovaries. is this problem severe. i am actually getting scared. can u tell me what is this.

You will need to see a physician for fatty liver. You also need to lose weight, at least 15kgs. Severity of polycystic ovaries depends on symptoms so it's not possible to tell just by ultrasound. You should see a gynaecologist as well because PCOS has long term complications, it's better to start treatment early
