Pelvic pain (right side ), and lwer back
Hi doctor,
I've been up for past 4 hrs with intense pelvic pain and lower back pain that's just not going away and been uncomfortable for me to fall asleep. I'm also bleeding I got my period today 3 days late. But the pain never had it this bad. And I've been going to the bathroom alot. Your figure with the pelvic pain I've been having I'd be bleeding but I've had just on spot of blood on my pad. I'm not sure if this is just a normal extremely painful period, or if I might have a cyst possibly.

Better go to hospital near you and get ultrasound done to rule out ectopic or twisted ovarian cyst
