There are lot of issues that can cause back pain after delivery some of it are loss of calcium, loss of sleep , abnormal posture etc. These are to be evaluated before coming to diagnosis and treating the condition. An x ray of back can be done which helps us in finding out the condiiton. Till then avoid forward bending, lifting weights.please meet an orthopaedic surgeon near by for complete evaluation.
