Pelvic inflammation disease

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Today I tested for ultrasound . And report says that u have pid , fatty liver grade 1 and apd .. and I am a covid patients but I recovered from covid.but crp has 16 score and having symptoms like continues vomiting n all so decided to test for ultrasound... .. Pls let me know that is it serious?
