Pelvic drop and tredenburg gait
My father suffered a lacunar infraction in 2022 prior to that he had a ICH in 2014 he was treated for that and eventually recovered from that. Post infraction he has a pelvic drop which is causing difficulty while walking. He can barely walk 200 meters straight after that his body above the waist from the right sight tends to drop downwards. Now he is on Ecosprin gold10 and macsart h. He has been doing excercises and physiotherapy but not much improvement is seen. Looking for suggestions for the further treatment.

Pelvic drop can't be explained by lacunar infarction. Need to assess him in person, may be a local pathology around hip. Get him consulted in person for proper examination and test accordingly
