I hv pain and heaviness in my lower abdomen (pelvis) that goes and comes ..and sometimes I really hv to poop in order to get comfort ..what is this and how to resolve this also this causes discomfort in my penis

Are u constipated?  Any urinary problem like pain while passing urine, or pain which gets relieved after passing urine?  Take more water.. Get ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done...
