Can exerting pressure on pelvic area damage fallopian tubes inside.because I exert pressure on vagina I put hand between two legs make little pressure due to which at that time I feel pleasure and enjoy that feeling but can't get discharge. I had stretch marks on belly where fallopian tube are situated first stretch marks were red in color but after time they turn white .are my fallopian tube damage.plz guide me .
