Pellet like stool with blood

Hi, my daughter is 2 year old and weighs 13 Kgs. She recently started potty training. She had constipation these last two days, and today she did pellet like potty. When I cleaned her butt i saw blood on the tissue. She puts a lot of pressure when pooping, and also says that it hurts when she does it. Please advise how to resolve the issue.
