No need to worry much. It happens when people read articles & takes too much of water, especially early morning after waking which results in frequent micturation.
Ayurveda never recommends to take fixed amount of water intake, always suggests to drink during food intake & when they feel too thirst.
Fluids is excreted only by urine & sweat.
600 - 800ml of fluids should be thrown out body through sweat, when it fails fluids is excreted through frequent urine which leads to Prameha & Madhumeha if continued & not treated properly.

Yes it could be a problem, in Ayurveda it is known as prameha wherein there is frequent urination. If there is urination at night then kindly visit an ayurvedic doctor for diagnosis
