Peehole enlarged. A cut on meatus.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Many years back there was a small cut on my meatus near peehole as I'm circumcised the direct contact which comes to my meatus is underwear cloth and in daily life activities tear length has increased extending towards frenulam urine is coming from there also. Its effecting my sexual life as well. My question is CAN IT BE STITCHED AND NOT FORM A STICTURE IN FUTURE ? or do u have any alternative method to fix it. Can plastic surgery or laser will do it. Im scared my wife will divorce me for compromising her on sex.
