An oval solid SOL measuring 76mm×51mm is seen in pelvis at right paramedics location. Possibilities : Right ovarian neoplasm Pedunculated fibroid arising from right lateral wall of uterus ..as found in CT Scan of whole abdomen

Dear Ma'am, Thank you for your query regarding this report. Before giving u a definative opinion I,d like to know. 1. Presenting complaints and detailed history 2. Clinical exam findings 3. Complete CT report if possible with images. 4. Patient profile. ( age,  performance status etc, obstetric history etc) 5. Additional tests if given.
Next Steps
1. Review the above information. 2. Tumor Marker like CA125, CEA. If age less than 40 additional AFP,  LDH, BHCG.
