Thank you for your query regarding this report. Before giving u a definative opinion I,d like to know.
1. Presenting complaints and detailed history
2. Clinical exam findings
3. Complete CT report if possible with images.
4. Patient profile. ( age, performance status etc, obstetric history etc)
5. Additional tests if given.
Next Steps
1. Review the above information.
2. Tumor Marker like CA125, CEA. If age less than 40 additional AFP, LDH, BHCG.
