Pediatric high fever nose bleed
My daughter 5 years old had slight nose bleed in morning.and having high fever of 101 now Gave her meftal.in evening

Get a CBC done..platelet count need to know..some times respiratory infection cause bleeding from nose..or handpicking also..let me know other details..like active child? Paracetamol may suffice..
