Pedal Edema
My father have suffering from Pedal Edma from past couple of years, we have been consult many doctors about this concern perhaps no one has treated perfectly just simply recommended do some basic excise , stocking and put pillows under legs while sleeping as we did almost and recovered normally but after few months return again please suggest me.

Hi,
You have got a very genuine concern regarding pedal edema.
Pedal edema may be due to various causes like anemia, liver/renal disease, heart failure, nutritional, infective and management depends on its diagnosis.
To diagnose, a detailed Medical history and relevant investigations needs to be done.
Please share his reports and clinical history to explain it better.
