Pectoral Major Tear
I suffered a pec muscle year on both sides of the chest while heavy benchpressing 4 months back. Went to the doctor and he suggested me chymora forte to resolve the hematoma that had occured. While the hematoma was gone, I still feel stiffness on both sides of the chest. My left pec Tear repaired by itself but my right pec Tear was very much noticeable leaving a dent near the pec major and shoulder joint. While I have full range of motion, I can't do exercises like pushups due to stiffness
