Infrequent left pectoral muscle ache
Infrequent left pectoral muscle ache, can't tell if it stems from neck or shoulder ? Comes and goes. Feels like it could be posture related or a pinched nerve. Isn't painful, just an ache and annoying and results in more obvious heart beat feeling
