Pearly Penile Papules(guess)
Having tiny white dots since a few months on sulcus and white layer(dead skins, maybe)all over the head of the penis(glans). Cleaning it whilst showering brings out white layers which comes back the next day. Kinda irritating in terms of appearance. No irritation Such as itching or pain. What could be done about it.? Will really appreciate something informative that could put this into a direction where things might get less tensed and please refrain from answering if all you have to say is to get a consultation. Cos I already did. A doctor from practo gave me a ointment and a few meds. Didn't make no difference and later asked to get a surgery. Was told its bacterial and fungal infection. Still don't understand the logic. Thank You.

Hi Tiny white dots could be pearly penile papules and I guess you must be knowing about them. White layer is smega that gets accumulated under foreskin.
Next Steps
wash daily with mild soap and lukewarm water once or twice daily and pat dry.
Health Tips
unless there is redness, irritation, burning or itching there is nothing to worry.
