Pea size hard lump on penis

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Two days before I woke up and morning I noticed I have small pea shape lump on penis shaft it cause some pain and it turn into red colour yesterday I visit dermatologist he told it would due to heat and prescribed some tablets today morning I can't find is it improved or not
