Pda 3.2mm L-R in heart holes

Respected sir.. My girl daughter 81days old affected for 3.2mm size pda L-R in before day eco report.But before one month pda size is 3.7mm for eco report. My daughter feeding time breathing condition upnormal .so my question is pda closed naturally or surgery .suppose surgery can be done .It may be future any healthy problem is made.so what are the problem can be made for after surgery in future.kindly reply to me sir.
