PCOS with Pregnancy and h/o miscarriage

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have a history of spontaneous abortion at 11th week a year ago. I was diagnosed with PCOS in Jan 2018 and am on Metformin 1500mg regularly. I am 12 weeks pregnant on Metformin, Folic Acid and hCG 5000IU inj for 2 weeks. What else should I do to prevent miscarriage again. Please help
