Pcos with high prolactin levels
Since last few months m having irregular periods wid scanty dischrge of old brownish coloured blood during my menstrual days.
On doing USG of pelvis dey noted tiny minute cysts on d ovaries wich werent bulky
My prolactin levels are high and FSH and LH levels low
This month i had very scanty old bloody dischrge during my menses
Please help

Hello,
Cysts on ovaries indicate condition of PCOS (Polycystic ovarian syndrome). Get your TSH levels checked. Visit a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

Hello. You will need to do TSH levels as well. Please visit personally so that you can be examined. You will need treatment for PCOS as well as high prolactin
