I have pcod and thyroid from 2years . Thyroid is normal now .but period s not regular.Itake allopathic medicine but no results found.i started aayurveda treatment for pcod from one month.i used hyponidd, kanchanar guggullu, rajah pravarthinni vati.but periods not came. how many,days it will take to get menstrual cycle,plz advise me
