PCOS, severe pain during periods
I have been having a severe abdominal Pain and back ache during periods from d time of puberty. I tried all allopathy meds and nothing ever worked. Some people suggested to have ashokarishta, and hence I started having from today. But I think I need consultancy from doc as now I m married and want to fix all uterus related prob before planning for pregnancy. Further, my periods are always regular ND never had issues with that.

You will need few tests. That will help in diagnosis. Do ultrasound pelvis for now. Revert with reports.
