I have a Pcos problem . I wasn't getting periods since Feb, so I went to a doctor and she suggested me to take Nostra CR 10 for 5 days and wait for a week to get the periods. So I have started with my withdrawal bleeding which was way too light but the the problem is, it started yesterday in the morning , and by the night it stopped . I am not seeing any bleeding now . My thyroid level is perf , my weight is 55, I am 5'4 and I do exercise everyday .
