PCOS medication
I have been taking Carpela and Aldactone for pcod and facial hair growth since last 1.5 years along with medication for hypothyroidism (eltroxin 75mg). Despite rigorous workout, my weight loss has not been as expected and the hair growth is also not reduced considerably. I want to stop this medication now, can I do it? Or stopping it abruptly will have side effects?

You get a check up done to find out if doses were adequate and if there is anything else that is preventing weightless inspite of your workouts. Medicine for hypothyroidism should not be stopped if thyroid disorder is still there.
