Hi Doctor, I got married on Jan 2020.. Missed periods for last two months. Scan done report attached Pcos with pid. Tablets Krimson 35, Ayush Estro, Glyciphage suggested.. Kindly check if there is any complication and what all measures to be taken.. If it is curable or not..

PCOD is curable . Follow the treatment advised. For PID take the following tablets.
Take Tablet Azithral 250 BD for 5 days
Tablet Metrogyl 400 BD for 5 days
Cansoft CL vaginum pessary for 6 days at bedtime when not having periods

Loose weight
Take bittergourd and amla daily Jamun fruits
Take milk with turmeric at night
Take egg white and fish
Avoid other non-veg and egg yellow
Reduce oil
Increase onions and garlic and tomatoes
Sleep for 8 hours at night with light off
Brisk walking three times a week for 20 min

Hi. It is curable . Continue the tt as advised . Excercise daily for 30 min . Avoid oily and junk food . Sleep on time .Also chek for S prolactin and thyroid function test .
