PCOS-Hypothyroidism-GAD. Thyronorm (

The last ultrasound in September 2016 showed Bilateral Borderline Polycystic Ovaries with the right ovary-5cc and left-6cc in volume. This was while I was on Diane-35. I took the Pill for 6 months and discontinued in November. My periods were normal and regular after discontinuing. Meanwhile I had stopped taking Thyronorm (thanks to some Ayurvedic doctors who claimed to cure Thyroid forever) and my TsH rose to 12 in January. I started taking Thyronorm 100mcg and my TSH fell to 0.008 in a month.Then after some dose adjustment it now is 5. But I stopped getting my period after February and I started experiencing major palpitations and panic attacks in the end of February. I consulted a psychiatrist who diagnosed me with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and put me on Nexito Plus. With regular counselling and Nexito, I saw major improvement in my mental health. Since February I haven't got my period and im facing acne, bloating and hair fall and facial hair. What should I do for my periods?
