Hi, it's disorder because of hormonal imbalance. This can be controlled with diet, exercise and medicines. Considering your weight, you need to loose almost 30 to 40kg. It will be over a period of time. Need multi prong approach. Diet- Meet dietician first. Get PCOS diet written. Cut down on carbs. Protein diet is better. No junks. No pizza burger fries etc. Eat Indian thali twice a day. Home.made food and fruits better. Start Green Tea. Exercise-better to join gym or yoga. Gym is better. 45 minutes brisk walk or trademill 45 minutes at 9kmph. Keep motivation on. Medicines- third or four generation OC pills. (DIANE 35 OR Yasmin tablets) 21 tablets every month for 6 months. Metformin 500 tablet twice to thrice a day for 3 months. APCOD sachet twice a day for 3 months. Before starting OC pills and other medicines u should get yourself examined by gynaecology doc. This all should help you. All the Best !
