PCOS is typically a life style disorder associated with insulin resistance . PCOS can be treated by life style modifications and some medications ( depending on the symptoms you have ) but it won’t go away by any means . It can’t be cured . Women with PCOS have high risk of getting diabetes , high blood pressure heart disease . It’s very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to prevent these .
