My wife is having PCOD problem and she is getting irregular periods and we r married 3years back. We r eagerly waiting for pregnancy.still now we have taken only her scan only and no other tests.she is also having thyroid and plz suggest best course of treatment and our doctor has not suggested For any tests.she Only Giving tablets.

Hi, practo user, Don't worry, since when you r planning for Pregnancy this is very important. If less then 1 yr then you can try .if more then 1 yr then needs some investigation for any hormonal imbalance. Start with folic acid also.If bmi is high then try to reduce wt first so that you will get pregnancy automatically.

Well you have not mentioned her BMI.you should get her hormone profile done and dietary discipline is must. eating right avoiding junk food,areated drinks,eating every 3-hrs and Exercise regularly.
