  3. PCOD since 2019. So please guide me!

PCOD since 2019
I got my period after 3 months..but i am on heavy bleeding since 20 days so i took pause 500 tab for 5days(10 tab)..then also took ashokarishta then also not stopped... Now i am feeling weaker and also sleepy. My neck and underarms are too darkening..i thought of insulin intolerance and increased hirsutism.. So please guide me regarding the same.
