Heavy bleeding after 4 month of delivery

Mam, I have pcod from last 5 years and irregular period from starting of my menstruation ( 2009). I am 27 years. And recently gave birth to my child( baby girl) in 17th January. My delivery was normal. And after that I had my period bleeding heavily for 2 days and after that it was little bt continued for 2 months in very less amount. After that it became irregular. And now from 14 days i am having a lot of bleeding till now. Some clotted blood bt normal size of clots.

Is there pain also associated with it? Periods may be irregular due to breastfeeding also because of pcos problem. If the bleeding is excess you can take pause tablet
