Hello! Heavy menstrual bleeding maybe due to hormonal issues, hypothyroidism, pelvic infections, coagulopathies ,use of anticoagulant drugs or due to pregnancy complications (abortion, molar pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy). Kindly do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If ruled out, take tablet Trapic 500mg two tablets three times a day for 5 days. Also start Tab. Regesterone CR 10mg twice daily from day 5 of periods for 21 days then give a gap of 7 days then start again from day 5 of next period. This should continue for 3 months. Get a Thyroid profile done (tsh, free t3, free t 4), coagulation profile (pt inr aptt) and USG lower abdomen done. Thanks
